Please arrive at 5pm to allow for the ceremony to start promptly at 5:30pm.

Black tie attire optional. Black tie is the level of formality; you do not need to wear the color black!

Yes, as the sun will be shining (hopefully) the ceremony & cocktail hour will be outside. Please make sure to dress appropriately so you’re comfortable. The reception will be inside with a chance to go outside whenever you’d like to.

We love your children, but this is an adults only event.

We recommend calling an Uber or Lyft. Or, if you elect to stay in a downtown hotel, you can walk to the venue from downtown via the pedestrian bridge! The photo below shows our venue (the white building), taken from the pedestrian bridge.

We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony we want you all to be present with us in moment. We have a professional photographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like.

To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible. However, the deadline is April 4, 2025. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as ‘no.’ We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, and we hope you can understand.
